TRG is recognized as a leader in organizational development (OD). Our highly experiential OD services include strategic planning, managing change, team building, organization assessments, human resources assessment and planning, and collaboration. Throughout our history, TRG has designed and facilitated hundreds of strategic planning, organizational problem-solving, and team building interventions that have: supported organizational change processes; improved team effectiveness; built skills and organizational culture; and defined basic operating norms, attitudes and behaviors. We bring this OD perspective to our other service areas.

TRG designs and delivers experiential training programs and learning events in face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid modalities utilizing best practices in adult learning. We tailor our training to the needs of participants and our clients’ organizational context. Effective learning happens on a continuum, so we collaborate with our clients to identify activities before, during, and after a learning event that help participants share what they know, learn new skills, retain what they have learned and apply it on the job consistently and over time.

Our communications and knowledge management services are integrated into and support broader organizational learning initiatives, institutional growth, and change. TRG provides clients with expertise and hands-on support to develop and execute engaging, audience-focused, and measurable knowledge management and communications strategies.
